You will participate and learn various trades including but not limited to: Utilities, Earthwork, Survey, Concrete, Asphalt Paving, Geotechnical, Mechanical, and other related scopes of work.
This position will work closely with Secondary Operators, Primary Operators, Foreman, Superintendents, Project Managers and Directors.
Responsibilities are as Follows:
To progress and furnish support on D&D’s Crews and Projects
To obtain at minimum, OSHA 10, before 90 days of employment
Requirements:

Secondary Operator

A Intermediate level position serving as a stepping stone to Heavy Equipment Operation.
Job Description
As a Secondary Operator for D&D you will be responsible for the operation of support equipment and functions on a project. Rollers, Water Trucks, Off Road Trucks, and Loaders are vital pieces of equipment on any Crew. You will participate and learn various trades including but not limited to: Utilities, Earthwork, Survey, Concrete, Asphalt Paving, Geotechnical, Mechanical, and other related scopes of work.
This position will work closely with Workman, Primary Operators, Foreman, Superintendents, Project Managers and Directors.

An Expert level position serving as a lead man one of our Construction Teams.
Job Description
As a Primary Operator for D&D you will be responsible for the operation of Heavy Equipment and Project production. Using your skills and talents on Scrapers, Bull Dozers, and Blades, you will be a contributor to infrastructure all across South Texas. You will participate and learn various trades including but not limited to: Utilities, Earthwork, Survey, Concrete, Asphalt Paving, Geotechnical, Mechanical, and other related scopes of work.
This position will work closely with Workman, Secondary Operators, Foreman, Superintendents, Project Managers and Directors.
Responsibilities are as Follows:
GPS Equipment arrival to site everyday
Maintenance and Care of your Heavy and Support Equipment
To progress and furnish support on D&D’s Crews and Projects
To obtain at minimum, OSHA 10, before 90 days of employment
Requirements:
General interpretation of Heavy Civil Plans
Solid understanding of Heavy Civil scopes and operations
Extensive knowledge of the Maintenance and Care for Heavy Equipment
Reliable transportation to and from work
